Full time Customer Service Representative needed!

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a great culture and is truly passionate about helping pets. At Animal Medical West, our mission is to provide outstanding care to our patients and their owners. We are an exceptional, friendly, and inviting hospital who prides ourselves with our great reputation in the community.

In this role you will be working alongside a team of professionals who are all working together to deliver outstanding care to pets. The CSR is responsible not only for providing this leading level of care, but also providing excellent customer service to the owners and other team members.

Minimum of 1 year of Veterinary experience is required.

We are looking for someone with strong communication, organizational skills, ability to problem solve, and find resolution to conflict. Veterinary medical knowledge, strong work ethic, and reliability are important attributes of an AMW CSR. At AMW we have a strong desire to work as a team while promoting a positive culture.

This is a full time position. Please include references with resume and cover letter.

Hours of operation are M-F 7:15am-6:30 pm and Sat 8:30-12 once monthly with one full weekday off each week. If you cannot work these hours, please do not apply.
