Animal Rescue League of Marshalltown is Hiring an Animal Shelter Attendant Near Marshalltown, IA
The Kennel Attendant tasks include, but are not limited to, the following items:
o Reports to Shelter Manager & Director
o Move pets to a new kennel and clean their old kennel
o Clean walkways and counter top surfaces in the surrounding areas
o Feed and water pets
o Take pets to the vet as needed
o Helps move pets to adoptions (includes SAFER testing)
o Spot check kennels for urine/poop
o Do dishes
o Keep up with laundry
o Administer medications and vaccinations as needed
o Help others when your tasks are completed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
