Warehouse Supervisor/Team Leader

We are currently seeking a Warehouse lead

Our warehouse Leads are important members of our operation that assist supervisors and managers with the development and management of hourly associates. The successful candidate will have warehousing experience and a proven track record in a leadership role.

The Operations Lead must be technology oriented and possess strong attention to detail. This individual will be responsible for helping run department operations and lead department when supervisor and manager are away. We are currently seeking Operations Leads for the following shifts:

· Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM

Requirements

· 1 years in leadership role required

· 1 years warehousing experience

· Must be able to stand for most of the day

· Ability to lift up to 40lbs

Schedule:

· 8 hour shift

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the day-to-day warehouse operations including assign unloading team and loading team of all shipments ensuring accuracy and timeliness of shipments and paperwork. Help warehouse manager to maintain warehouse operation run regularly.

Assist with Inventory counts, shipping/receiving, and various other tasks related to warehouse duties.

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Maintain awareness of circumstances that may impede the timely fulfillment of daily orders.
• Familiarize with FedEx, UPS, USPS, Freight, Int'l shipments, customs process
• Process customer returns according to company RMA policy
