Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, and ensuring efficient warehouse processes.

Duties
- Supervise warehouse staff and provide guidance and training as needed
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, storage, and distribution
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and optimize workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to warehouse operations

Skill:

Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks.
Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; and prepare related management reports.
Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPointAbility to multitask and coordinate multiple and often conflicting priorities.
Maintains an outgoing, positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
Strong written and oral communications skills required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
