Ann Webb Skin Institute in Austin, TX is looking for one-two enthusiastic and motivated Admissions Advisors with financial aid processing experience to join our existing Admissions Team. We are located on 11701 Jollyville Road. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.

You will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.

Responsibilities

Your core tasks are to attract prospective students and help them in securing admission. You will perform other tasks such as explaining the finer details about the institute, performing clerical tasks, processing funding and other administrative functions. It is a job which requires a high amount of research and dedication on your behalf.

Following are the chief job functions carried out by an Admissions Advisor:

•Conduct interviews and entrance interviews

•Touring prospective students, calling and following up

•Enrolling prospect students

•Working closely to the Directors of the Institute

•Organizing orientation for newly recruited students and guiding them through the various sub processes involved in the institution.

•Representing the institution in different career fairs, events and communicating with other organizations for exchanging information and details about different students, thus increasing the number of prospective students

*Department of Ed tasks include NSLDS, Title IV Reconciliation, and IPED

Qualifications

2 Years of Experience in admissions preferred, but will consider less for the right person

Positive Attitude and enthusiasm

Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills

Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative

Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines

Must be driven to succeed

Must have a sales mindset set with an understanding that enrollments are important

Friendly and upbeat disposition 

Experience in recruiting or sales

Determination to meet deadlines 

Your experience will be taken into consideration. If requirements are met, beginning salary is $42,000 a year with yearly increases and bonuses.
