Core Responsibilities
- Undertakes tasks related to the strategic initiatives and special projects of the Academic Affairs division
- Establishes milestones, deliverables, and measurement criteria for special projects and the division’s strategic plan
- Provides project management leadership to the Academic Affairs division
- Collaborates with academic departments and programs to ensure that new programs, projects, and initiatives are propelled to completion
- Supports the SVPAA in cultivating strategic partnerships for academic programs
- Drives cross-functional initiatives for the Academic Affairs division
- Establishes the means for communicating and promoting Academic Affairs’ projects and initiatives to appropriate stakeholders through various channels
- Implements best practices in project management and execution
- Promotes a culture of assessment and continuous improvement
- Builds relationships with deans and department chairs to ensure that relevant stakeholders are fully engaged in new initiatives and strategic planning efforts
- Other duties as assigned
- Understanding of and commitment to the mission of Anna Maria
- High ethical standards and good judgment
- Experience with the implementation of strategic plans
- Understanding of confidentiality and FERPA policies
- Detail-oriented and results-oriented doer with excellent project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives

- Ability to craft effective communication and produce annual reports
