ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Annalect data science generative AI team, you will lead efforts across developing enterprise-level AI agents intergrated with our media orchestration platform. You will also lead research efforts on generative AI implementation and pave the way for other data scientists to develop against best-practice frameworks. Your expertise in generative models will spearhead the development of our media platform.
Compensation Range
$114,268—$163,240 USD

- Manage the hands-on Python development for new and established AI agents integrated with our media orchestration platform.
- Collaboratively ideating and building tools with engineering teams to produce scalable, enterprise-level code.
- Lead fine-tuning use cases across the AI offerings at Annalect.
- Own the process of evaluating new models and maintaining best practices in AI agent development.
- Work with the latest foundation models to build compelling solutions in media.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management, social sciences, or business/marketing related fields. Advanced quantitative degree or intensive bootcamp experience is preferred.
- Must have hands-on expertise in Python; SQL proficiency preferred.
- Experience with the various components of transformer architecture.
- Experience with cloud computing such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform and Azure.
- Expertise in natural language processing.
- Understanding of downstream model interaction – RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning.
