POSITION OVERVIEW
Annalect is currently seeking a Delivery Manager to join our Technology team. In this role, you will manage the masterplans for our data engineering teams, push progress forward to meet deadlines, and liaise with non-technical stakeholders to ensure the project stays on track. You will manage schedules, influence roadmaps, help with team allocations and communication with key stakeholders and data partners. You will get a chance to work across a multi-disciplinary team of data engineers, product owners, DevOps engineers and data scientists. You will be responsible for the delivery of the project on time, within scope, and within budget while managing risks, quality standards, and client expectations. The Delivery Manager manages the project from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, risk management, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders. They are also responsible for tracking progress and adjusting as needed to keep the project on track.

PERKS OF WORKING AT ANNALECT
Pay range: $91,000 to $130,000 per year. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
