Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Operations at a local pregnancy clinic. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization. This includes managing the operations team, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and ensuring efficient and effective operations. This role is located in Fairfax, VA, with flexibility for some remote work.
