Senior Paid Search Strategist

We are seeking a Paid Search Strategist to join our team at a globally awarded marketing agency. This role involves developing and executing paid search campaigns that align with our clients' marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in keyword research, campaign performance tracking, and preparing detailed reports and presentations.

As a Senior Paid Search Strategist, you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns. Your deep understanding of paid search platforms, analytical mindset, and creative approach will drive impactful results, improve ROI, and contribute to the growth and success of our clients' businesses. The ideal candidate should have 7-9 years of hands-on experience in managing paid search campaigns, a proven track record of achieving measurable results, and a passion for staying ahead of the latest trends and technologies in digital advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and others.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Create compelling ad copy that aligns with client brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Implement conversion tracking and performance measurement strategies to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify growth areas.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to optimize ads and landing pages for maximum impact.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize ad performance.
  • Provide regular reports and performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with account management teams to understand clients’ business goals and develop integrated marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the development of paid search proposals and pitches for potential clients.
  • Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7-9 years of proven experience in managing successful paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Paid Social experience is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant paid search platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data to optimize campaigns.
  • Proficiency in keyword research tools, bid management platforms, and industry-standard SEM tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid search and digital marketing.
  • A passion for continuous learning and proactive problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads certifications are a plus.
