Anodyne Surgical is looking for a highly skilled, proactive, and team-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves ensuring the optimal performance of machinery and equipment, performing routine maintenance, and
addressing any repair needs to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to operate manual mill, lathe, surface grinder, and various shop tools (i.e. drill, bench top saws, jigsaw, etc.)
• Experienced in light industrial electrical, three-phase wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Develop/improve tool user requirements based on facility, safety, throughput, and maintenance requirements.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues.
• Perform emergency repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
• Fabricate, test, and qualify new tools and improvements to existing production specifications approved by Plant Manager and Quality Director.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent.
• Update maintenance logs and report on machine performance.
• Identify opportunities for improving machine performance and reliability.
• Suggest and implement modifications to enhance equipment efficiency
• General maintenance of facility.

Skills:

• Proficiency in using machine tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Design, fabricate, and evaluate manufacturing and inspection tooling preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices related to machinery and equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or associate degree in Machine Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of successful experience in manufacturing methods, processes, and tooling.
• Working knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, MDD, and QSR requirements desired.
