Hiring now! Custodian / Cleaner for a busy Flexible Packaging Manufacturer in Plymouth, MA.

Full time Monday Thru Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm $17.50 p / h

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities.

This role involves various custodial duties to ensure a clean and safe environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities :

• Perform industrial cleaning tasks such as buffing, floor care, and general facilities maintenance.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Dusting, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Notify management of any repairs or maintenance needed.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills to interact with staff and management effectively.
