Payroll & Billing Specialist

Established in 1972, Anodyne is a leader in providing superior services to our elderly clients in Eastern, MA. Our rapidly growing Home Care Company has an immediate full-time opening for a Payroll & Billing Specialist. Responsibilities:

• Maintains payroll & billing information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
• Responsively handle payroll-related inquiries, complaints, and questions from employees, reconciling discrepancies as needed
• Maintain employee records related to payroll, including tax withholding forms and direct deposit information
• Execute billing procedures, including invoice generation, account reconciliation, and resolution of billing discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing disputes that may affect the ability to collect receivables
• Generate ad hoc reports and analysis as requested by management

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and/or 3 years of payroll and billing experience
• Strong organization, analytical, data entry skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and accounting software
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 hrs/day in our Quincy office
