**Job Summary:** We are currently looking for a dedicated Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in industrial maintenance. As the Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. **Duties:** - Develop and implement maintenance procedures to maximize efficiency - Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff - Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs - Plan and schedule maintenance work to minimize downtime - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies - Manage inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks - Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance issues promptly **Requirements:** - Proven experience in maintenance management - Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly in high voltage systems - Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Familiarity with HVAC systems and electrical components - Ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance professionals - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities If you have a passion for maintaining operational excellence, possess the required skills, and are ready to take on a leadership role in the maintenance field, we encourage you to apply for this challenging yet rewarding position.
