Job Description:
As the Director, Marketing Operations, you will be a key contributor focused on developing, implementing, and improving processes to drive efficiencies and alignment across the marketing and sales teams. As part of our Marketing Ops team, you will manage our marketing technology stack to develop and implement scalable processes that ensure best practices in the marketing funnel lifecycle, database and website management and KPI reporting. To be successful in this role, you need to be a creative problem-solver who is methodical, data-driven, and curious.
Responsibilities:
- Power user for our marketing automation platform (HubSpot), including: automated workflows and program setup, and related performance reporting
- Manage our current and future marketing technologies including (but not limited to): ABM platform, CRM (marketing-related components), sales/partner enablement portal, and reporting tools
- Collaborate with Sales, Sales Ops and/or Marketing teams to optimize scoring initiatives, segmentation, and other operational insights to drive marketing program performance
- Marketing campaign and funnel-thru-pipeline performance monitoring, reporting, and analysis
- Marketing database hygiene and management
- Assist with website content updates or other CMS-related tasks (light)
Required Skills/Experience- 6 years in marketing operations or marketing automation in a B2B environment
- 2 years in marketing operations leadership capacity, building the function and overseeing the implementation, integration and optimization of tools and processes
- Successfully partnering across the GTM continuum to align strategy, improve efficiencies and enablement, and enhance data driven decision making
- Hands-on experience using Marketing Automation (HubSpot preferable) and CRM (SFDC preferable) platforms
- A deep understanding of how marketing funnels work plus the ability to visualize and articulate processes
- Ability to think of the long-term implications of new workflows or automations or processes
- Fast learning curve around new technologies and platforms
- Nice-to-haves: HTML, Tableau and Excel
