Responsibilities:
- Manage ETMS tasks, ensuring timely staffing and accuracy. - Coordinate NGB JACO and other stakeholders for governance prep sessions. - Perform knowledge management and records functions, establishing and reviewing document archives, collecting/storing documents on SharePoint and MS Teams and/or posting documents to the Guard Knowledge Network. Synchronize process support for Comptroller efforts. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Min 10 years OSD, Joint Staff, Service HQ, or NGB experience; retired field grade Army/Air Force Officer;
- Preparing and presenting executive level documents and materials;
- Experience and expert understanding of staffing principles and processes applicable to senior military organizations. - Experience communicating with senior military or defense officials.
- Technical editing skills and strong written and verbal communication skills; familiarity with NGB and Army Templates; - Familiarity with CNGB issuances to include CNGBI 5001.01, CNGBI 5050.01B, CNGBI 5052.01B, CNGBM 5050.01B, CNGBM 5051.01A, and CNGBM 5052.01 covering records, actions, correspondence, and governance meetings. Education:
- BA/BS; MA/MS degree preferred; Intermediate Level PME Graduate (Senior Service College Graduate preferred);
- Expert level skills in the use of ETMS2; especially as utilized within NGB.
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.). Company Description:
