**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Agent to join our team. The Leasing Agent will assist property owners in finding suitable tenants for their rental properties. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate administration and legal administrative tasks. **Duties:** - Show available properties to potential tenants and provide information on rental terms - Screen prospective tenants by conducting background checks and verifying employment and income - Prepare leasing agreements and ensure all terms are understood by both parties - Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including property inspections - Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional property features or services **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in real estate administration or legal administrative roles - Familiarity with LIHTC, Section 8, and other housing assistance programs - Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations - Strong conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes effectively - Proficiency in office software for documentation and communication - Ability to manage property facilities effectively - Understanding of contract negotiation and lease agreements This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic real estate environment with room for growth and development.
