We have an opportunity for a self-starter with experience managing teachers and staff at a preschool/daycare center. The school has a strong reputation in the market, a collaborative work-environment, and great teachers!

Reporting to the Director, the Assistant Director's responsibilities will include:
- assist in the hiring, mentoring, supporting, and motivating of teachers and staff

- ensuring health and safety standards in the center are met (or exceeded!)

- implementing curriculum, to include scaffolding

- using social media to highlight the school

- supporting the weekly and daily scheduling of teachers and staff

An Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education, or similar, is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
