Our team is currently looking for an International Exploration and Development Finance Consultant in Houston, TX.

This is an immediate opening looking to fill as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Establish process, protocols and procedures across financial areas for projects in international exploration and development.
• Deliver month-end financial statements.
• Manage issues with partners, vendors and local accounting providers.

Requirements:

• 15 years' experience in international exploration or development phases within upstream oil and gas
• Full understanding of life cycle of wells Accounting - from Exploration to Asset Retirement
• Understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and cash basis accounting
• Experience with Production Sharing Contracts (PSC)
• Experience in Africa, South America or Asia
• Proficiency in SAP is required
• Experience with Hyperion, Spotfire, PowerBI an asset.
• Preference in language fluency: French, Vietnamese, Spanish, Portuguese
