The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. This role involves strategic sourcing, networking, and utilizing various recruitment tools and techniques to attract qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates.

- Utilize various channels such as social media, job boards, databases, and networking events.

- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Engagement

- Reach out to potential candidates through emails, phone calls, and social media platforms.

- Build relationships and maintain regular communication with passive candidates.

- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Screening and Assessment

- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit for the role.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine candidate profiles.

- Use behavioral and competency-based interview techniques to evaluate candidates.

Data Management

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Generate reports and metrics to track sourcing effectiveness and recruitment KPIs.

Collaboration and Communication

- Partner with the recruitment team and hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs.

- Provide regular updates on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline status.

- Participate in recruitment meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
