Overview:
We are looking for a couple of experienced baristas to be a welcoming presence to Another Round's patrons in the mornings.
The right person will not only be passionate about coffee, but also about our mission of growing a community through play and a shared love of all things well-crafted, whether it be a beautifully roasted coffee, an impeccably brewed beer, or an expertly designed board game.
Another Round’s Baristas will operate primarily solo but with the manager onsite. The primary operations including opening the shop, dialing in shots, assisting customers throughout the shift with retail purchases and game rentals, and of course making delicious drinks for our customers.
Because Another Round is a coffee shop and a bar, a willingness to learn how to craft our signature cocktails and maintaining an understanding of our offerings will be a must. Additionally, all applicants must be 21 and must be able to stand for extended hours and carry 60 pound kegs from our backup fridge to our bar kegerator.
