This is a full time in-office postion for a National Accounts Manager. We are looking for someone with experience to join our team, we have a carrier sales division, so the focus is strictly Business Development.

Job Description:
- Sourcing new business
- Maintaining current account business
- Growing current book of business
- Overseeing the movement of customers freight from pickup to delivery
- Solve any issues involved in and during the transportation of freight.
- Maintaining quality service to customers

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year work experience as an Accounts Manager
- Lead freight sales and sustain business performance by adding and retaining new customers to achieve set revenue goals
- Have the ability to successfully close the sale
- Have the ability to make cold calls
- Have excellent communication skills along with excellent coordination skills to assist with customers daily shipping needs
- Solid problem analysis skills and financial judgment
- Have basic computer skills in order to execute day to day responsibilities
- Quick Judgement

Pay:
- Pay is commission based on your margin, with no commission cap!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year
