Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide support to the project team.
- Responsibilities shall range from support to Project Managers to administering smaller projects
- working with planners, stakeholders and contractors.
- Experience in science laboratories, classroom renovation, and medical laboratories preferred.
- Liaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and budget
- Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
- Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
- Coordinate with project managers and other project leads following project execution
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar
- Must be a self-starter that is reliable, responsive to client needs, professional, and handle confidential information with discretion and trustworthiness
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and superior active listening skills
- Creative and advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to transfer prior experience to new projects
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel required. Some experience in BlueBeam, AutoCad, eBuilder, or other web-based project management tools is a plus
- Basic understanding and knowledge of construction site safety
- Self-motivated and self-sufficient with an ability to multitask in order to complete the above-mentioned responsibilities
- Ability to meet schedule and deliverable deadlines (time management).
