Our team is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Colorado! You will provide support to senior staff during all phases of a project or program such as pre-design, procurement, construction and post construction. Responsibilities include cost management, schedule management, quality control and document control.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists with development and monitoring of budgets and project schedules.
• Assists in procurement process and document controls process.
• Participates in review and evaluation of design documents and value engineering efforts.
• Assists project management in observing and monitoring design team and contractor team(s) to ensure that the project is being completed in accordance with established project goals.
• Assists in change order review.
• Complete project progress reports as required.
• Attends project site meetings and may prepare meeting minutes.
• Assists in the project close-out.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering (civil) or construction management or equivalent degree.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and computer skills.
• Proficient in reading and understanding contract documents, plans and specifications.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project or Primavera.
• Ability to work independently to achieve client goals.

$60,000 - $76,000 a year
Pay is commensurate with years of experience, skills and education.
