Job Overview
Ansh Labs has an immediate opening for a Customer Relations/Accounting Specialist. Will assume a strategic role in the overall customer relations and accounting procedures of the company.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 2 years’ experience
Key Customer Relations Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all aspects of customer related processes for both US and international customers.
- Identify and fulfill customer requirements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.
- Communicate product information, handle inquiries and orders and relay customer feedback to appropriate departments.
- Oversee prompt invoicing and credit control process.
- Utilize SAP ByDesign ERP system to manage customer accounts, process orders, and generate reports.
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Key Accounting Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable process and day-to-day accounting tasks.
- Utilize SAP ByDesign to manage accounts payable process and generate reports.
- Review and verify the accuracy of invoices and other related accounting documents.
- Understand GR/IR transactions and their impact on financial records.
- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other records that detail financial transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable) while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile accounts payable discrepancies and resolve issues with vendors.
- Assist with month-end-closing activities.
- Prepare and file year-end 1099 reports.

Eligibility:
2 years of experience in customer relations, accounting, AP/AR, bookkeeping.
Advanced knowledge Microsoft Excel and ERP system experience (SAP preferred).
Required Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
