Job Description:

As a Financing and Investment Specialist Intern, you will play a crucial role in our firm's financial operations, supporting investment decisions, conducting market research, and analyzing financial data. Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments, conducting research to identify potential investment targets and assess market conditions.
• Due Diligence: Perform due diligence on potential investments, evaluating risks and opportunities, and preparing comprehensive investment memos and presentations.
• Deal Structuring: Assist in structuring financing deals, including debt and equity investments, while ensuring alignment with investment objectives and risk parameters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or CFA designation preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, investment research, marketing or related roles within the finance industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and other financial analysis tools.
• Knowledge of investment principles, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
