Metas Solutions has an opening for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst located in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, we seek a Business Systems Analyst with experience in software development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage clients through all development steps, analyze business requirements, design and develop software solutions, and provide guidance to other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Manage clients through all development steps, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and software solutions meet business needs.
• Analyze business requirements and design software solutions that meet the needs of the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the software solution is integrated and compatible with other systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for software solutions, including user manuals, system documentation, and functional specifications.
• Work with the development team to create, test, and deploy software solutions, ensuring high-quality code is delivered promptly.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Participate in the Agile development process, including attending daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure the software solution aligns with the company's strategic goals.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software development.
• Experience with MS SharePoint, MS Power platform, and MS TFS is a plus but not required.
• Experience working in and a strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor others.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
