Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist dentists in providing quality dental care and ensure excellent patient service.

Duties:
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments
- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Make impressions of patients' teeth for study casts
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Maintain accurate patient records

Experience:
- Experience in a dental office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and infection control protocols
-Schedule and post payments
- Familiarity with medical coding and imaging techniques
- Dentrix experience a plus
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
