Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Duties:
- Experience with FieldEdge is a plus
-Knowledge in Heating, Air Conditioning and/or Plumbing is a plus
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using GPS systems and transportation management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
