Anthropologie is Hiring an Anthropologie Living PD/Sourcing Coordinator Near Philadelphia, PA
URBN is looking for a Sourcing Coordinator who will provide administrative and clerical support for the Anthropologie Living Production and Sourcing department.

Role Responsibilities
- Physical tracking of samples for the department inclusive of salesman, photoshoot, catalog & proto samples.
- Daily communication with global vendors on sample due dates.
- Physical tracking of wash / trim / fit and color submits.
- Build and distribute TNA templates sent to vendor to add to buy rolls with lead times/ due dates.
- Data entry and PO management support in Tradestone inclusive of Raw Material and BOM management.
- Support Sr. Coordinators with weekly reporting for publish.
- Enforce published calendar dates with vendor for on time sample shipping.
- Communicate with Design & Buying on sample distribution.
- Independent judgement is required of the candidate to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
- Ability to assess and improve operational efficiencies.
- Works with a high sense of urgency and integrity, easily and quickly adapts to change, and is motivated by deadlines and new challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Skills required.
- Ability to prioritize projects and multiple tasks. manage time effectively.
- Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Exhibit a strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
