Role Summary

We are looking for a Temporary Sourcing Coordinator to join the Anthropologie Accessories team! This role will provide administrative support for our team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the life-cycle of our products in various categories from product development through production.

Role Responsibilities

• Enter data into Tradestone system
• Pull QLIK reports to verify data entered is accurate
• Communication with global vendors for sample tracking and production timeframes
• Data entry and PO Management support
• Create charts to track and monitor counter developments
• Ad hoc projects as needed
• Help with packages/mail

Role Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn multiple systems quickly
• Ability to work well in a team environment, with a high energy level and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and written skills
• Ability to develop creative solutions when troubleshooting
• High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in Outlook, Word, Excel and some math required
