Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating positive experiences for customers. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ensuring that our guests have a great time while maintaining a fun and safe environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking Orders: Engage with customers to take their orders accurately and efficiently.
• Packing Orders: Prepare and package orders with attention to detail, ensuring all items are correctly included.
• Making Drinks: Craft beverages, including agua frescas, margaritas, and any specialty drinks offered at Antique Taco Bridgeport.
• Prepping Foods: Assist in food preparation as needed, following safety and hygiene standards.
• Customer Experience: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and courteously.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Ensure the dining area is inviting and well-kept.
• Team Support: Collaborate with fellow staff members to create a cohesive, enjoyable work environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus, but not required.
• Food Sanitation Certificate (can be completed 30 days after hire)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
