The Seafood Cutter position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with fresh seafood of all types, cutting the perfect fillet of fish from whole swordfish and tuna to bronzini and trout, and running daily quality control on lobsters, clams, scallops, oysters and more.

- prides themselves on arriving on time and doing a thorough job
- has fish cutting and safe food handling experience
- appreciates the importance of protecting our oceans
- has good computer skills and is well organized
