A District Manager will lead Club Managers in driving membership and personal training sales growth, train and develop the leadership at the club level, and work closely with ownership to meet company objectives. If that sounds like you, wed love to have you on our team! Essential Duties, Responsibilities, & Expectations: Drive membership and training sales. Manage processes that influence member and personal training client retention. Communicate and implement marketing campaigns as set forth by our marketing director. Community outreach and involvement. Management of customer interactions through a variety of social media platforms. Lead and train team members on company best practices. Review and Analyze club reports and data to improve decision making and identify trends. Review revenue reports and communicate areas of improvement for profitability. Communicate company goals and hold team members accountable. Ensure club cleanliness and service standards are exceptional. Team building through strong leadership and development. Oversee hiring process to ensure candidates meet the companys needs and objectives. Provide top of the line customer service to members, clients, and fellow employees. Work Environment: Weve created a culture that emphasizes personal success, health, wellness and serving others. This is an environment where you will be rewarded, valued, and celebrated for your hard work. Travel Demands: District Managers are required to travel to clubs they oversee on a weekly basis. Physical Demands: A District Manager spends much of the day in their clubs and on their feet. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds. Position: This is a full-time, salaried position. Business days are Monday through Friday. Some Evenings and Saturdays may be required. Education & Experience Requirements: Fitness experience required. Personal Training Certification or Fitness Coach Certification preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to prioritize decisions based on club and company needs. Proven ability to lead a team. Innovative problem-solver with the ability to increase productivity. Knowledge of multiple PC software packages such as MS Office suite. Knowledge of iOS software on iPad. Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management background. Sales experience. Ability to multitask and prioritize. CPR, First Aid and AED certified preferred but not required. Benefits: Company paid and company sponsored benefits. Complimentary membership for employees and a significant other while employed.
