Real estate agents can’t imagine life without you. You’re their real-life Siri – the go-to person who helps them manage – and succeed – in every aspect of their professional life. When agents join the team, you’re the friendly face who welcomes them and shows them the lay of the land. When they need help learning office and marketing tools and systems, you’re the knowledgeable guru guiding them through the process. In short, when they have questions, you have answers. As an indispensable resource for agents and managers, you make it easier for agents, and our office, to succeed. Your success is everyone’s success.

Relationship builder, patiently reading and meeting agents’ needs, easing their concerns by making sure they have what they need, when they need it. Their priorities are your priorities.
Organizer, anticipating agents’ needs and responding to them without delay, while being flexible to adapt to unexpected changes.
Team player, with the ability to support a large number of agents. Your upbeat personality inspires their loyalty and trust, making them feel good about coming to work.

Your responsibilities:
Agent advocate: Providing white-glove service for real estate agents, welcoming them through onboarding, educating them on office systems and making sure they understand the resources available to help clients and make sales.
Office organizer: Keeping the trains running, ensuring that necessary supplies are available; Able to independently handle and resolve unexpected situations; willing and eager to think “outside the box”.
Socially savvy: Understanding and able to share opportunities on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google and other social media.
Loyalty Builder: Promoting a friendly, inclusive office culture and building a positive work atmosphere by celebrating agents’ achievements, recognizing birthdays and work anniversaries, and arranging special events and celebrations.
