Benefit Specialist Responsibilities 

• Calling clients that requested their benefits.
• Setting appointment with clients to review their benefits with them.
• Reviewing benefits virtually through zoom with the client.
• Enrolling clients in their benefits.
• Completing the report card with each client once benefits overview is complete 

Suggested Qualifications

• Exhibit excellent communication skills.
• Possess basic computer knowledge.
• Owns a computer and a smart phone
• Showcase a strong work ethic.
• Radiate a positive attitude during training and when meeting with clients.
• Showcase being coachable by applying skills your trainer has taught you.
