Immediate PT Site Manager

Resumes are being accepted for the immediate part-time Site Manager position for a (30) unit Condominium Association in West Maui.

16-20 hours per week, starting at $25.00 per hour.

Position includes an onsite office and free wi-fi.

Duties included but not limited to:

Candidates will be required to be responsible for maintaining the exterior of all buildings including minor repairs as needed.

Inspect, clean, maintain and perform minor repairs to common areas.

Responsible for cleanliness of all common areas including, but not limited to, pool deck, BBQ area, laundry room, and parking lots.

Owners, residents, and guests’ compliance with the association House Rules.

On call for after-hours emergencies i.e. Flood, Fire, etc. and be the liaison for law enforcement.

On site point of contact of vendors and their scheduled repairs.

Valid State of Hawaii Driver’s License and dependable mode of transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
