Client Advocate - Reinsurance

This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work both virtually and from our Atlanta office

What the day will look like

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Reinsurance Solutions line. Aon Reinsurance colleagues help clients understand, manage and transfer risk through innovative solutions. ?

A Client Advocate will work on multiple accounts as part of a larger broker team, however at times may focus on large, industry leading clients to assist with their service level requirements. Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills, as well as attention to detail, industry experience and critical thinking are essential to servicing Aons largest clients. Candidates will develop comprehensive reinsurance & insurance market knowledge while working on a variety of lines of business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the technical analysis of client information

Evaluation of large client datasets to determine accuracy and credibility of underwriting/risk detail

Communication with client across large portion of their organization with a focus on Underwriting staff

Collaborate with various supporting teams within our Reinsurance Solution such as Client Services, Operations, Legal and Contract Wording to bring the best of Aon to clients

Accountability over account management support pre and post reinsurance placement, including

Prepare and analyze formal reinsurance submission materials

Creation and assistance with executive-facing presentations

Final Client documentation

Filing documentation and compliance adherence within Aons Sales Management system

Bordereau analysis and accounting preparation prior to Aon accounting invoice transmittal, and post invoicing oversight to assure accuracy

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, a related field or equivalent years of industry experience.

Demonstrated interest in commercial insurance or reinsurance experience

Strong preference for familiarity with Property Insurance familiarity with Lloyds of London and slip placement.

Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Power Point

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $60,000 to $70,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicants education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
