HR Systems Partner:

Joining our team and play a pivotal role in transforming our HR systems to better serve global enterprise. If you are a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background in automation and HR systems, we invited you to apply for this exciting opportunity. We are seeking a highly skilled and experience Global HR Systems Partner to oversee our HR systems and serve as the promised liaison partner with our HR office. The ideal candidate will lead the enhancement and refinement of our current Workday HCM implementation, globalize our HR systems, develop a support and onboarding playbook, and support our HR automation initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with corporate and global partners in HR, finance, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless technology integration and improved efficiency. This is a virtual role and is flexible to work from any U.S. location.

What the day will look like

Lead HR automation initiatives, focusing on how technology implementation can drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • This is a hands-on role involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, and best practices
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of HR systems, making necessary adjustments and improvements
  • Provide guidance and support to HR teams on system-related matters
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology and automation
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, sales, and other corporate and global partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HR systems
  • Develop a comprehensive support and onboarding playbook for HR systems
  • Refine the existing Workday HCM setup to meet the diverse needs of a global enterprise
  • Oversee the Workday HCM implementation, identifying and addressing current issues to enhance customer experience

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Proven experience in overseeing HR system, with a strong focus on Workday
  • Demonstrated ability to address implementation issues and enhance system functionality to improve customer experience
  • 10 yrs experience in developing and implementing support and onboarding models post system implementation is preferred
  • Strong background in HR automation and technology implementation to drive efficiency
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to management multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with corporate leaders and executives from various business functions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging technology for efficiency as well as customer experience focus.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or equivalent years of industry experience.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $200,000 to $250,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago, IL. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
