What the day will look like
Primary responsibilities of this position to include developing / acquiring health and benefits knowledge, practical application and consulting / brokering skills.
Ideal candidates will work well as part of a team, seek out others for input as needed and ensure work is thorough and complete.
Colleagues will also provide assistance to internal client teams in such areas as marketing support, legal compliance, client service issues, and interaction with carriers.
Specific tasks could include :

Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

Pay Transparency Laws :
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $61,000 to $75,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Philadelphia, PA. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
