Job Title: ETL Developer

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer to join our team in Minneapolis.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in the software industry with a strong background in SQL and experience in ETL tools.
While experience with Informatica, IBM, or Teradata is acceptable, we are open to a candidate with a diverse ETL background.
This role involves learning and working with LexisNexis's in-house coding language ECL and HPCC.
Therefore, a solid foundation in coding and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to support data integration and transformation.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Utilize Python for scripting and automation tasks as needed.
• Work with ETL tools such as Informatica, IBM, or Teradata to implement and manage ETL workflows.
• Learn and apply LexisNexis s in-house coding language ECL and HPCC for data processing tasks.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL issues, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Optimize ETL processes for performance and efficiency.
• Document ETL processes, data flows, and technical specifications.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, IBM, or Teradata.
• Knowledge of Python for scripting and automation is highly desirable.
• Strong coding skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies, including LexisNexis s ECL and HPCC.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
