AP Health is seeking a highly experienced Physician Assistant to join our team in Palm Beach County, FL. A successful candidate is a multispecialty surgical PA or NP with a strong robotics background (Da Vinci). This is a full-time “surgery only” position with no call, no weekends and no night coverage!

Reports to the Director of Clinical Services
Responsibilities:
- Functions as a Surgical First Assistant in the Operating Room in Obstetrics and Cesarean Sections
- Positions and drapes the patient under the direction of the surgeon
- Suturing and retracting of all tissue layers
- Demonstrates good knowledge of anatomy
- Assists in the intra-operative care of the patient by performing technical duties as assigned
- Current Florida State Licensure
- Board certified by NCCPA required
- Current BLS required / ACLS is a plus
- Greater than 2 years, highly skilled multiple specialties in the area of First Assisting
- Health insurance through the company’s medical, dental and vision insurance plans where the company pays 100% of the Employee’s portion of Cigna’s High-Deductible Local Plus Plan. The company will match your contributions to a Health Savings Account (up to $1,500 per year).
