Our client is seeking a dynamic and results oriented sales representative to leverage their sales experience, customer service and enthusiasm for the automotive aftermarket to drive profitable sales growth for a select set of branch accounts. The sale representative will provide industry leading service and support to assigned customer inquiries primarily via phone, but also via dealer web and other on-line communications. The sales representative will regularly get out into the field to nurture existing customer relationships, provide product training, and develop new customers and/or markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to assigned and general branch customer

• sExpand average sales per customer through proactive outbound calling, customer service, and by leveraging new products, cross selling categorie
• sMonitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities to gain market shar
• eProvide regular reports within CRM tool to update senior management on sales performance, KPI trackin
• gWork with branch operations to ensure fulfillment services meet or exceed customer expectation

Professional Experience/Qualification

• s:Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred. Individuals without a bachelor’s degree, will only be considered if they have sales experience in the automotive aftermarke
• t.2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably within the automotive aftermarket industry. Will consider candidates with experience in related consumer durables segments with similar channel dynamic
• s.A passion for automobiles and automotive culture with an appreciation for the enthusiast automotive aftermarke
