Our client is seeking a dynamic and results oriented sales representative to leverage their sales experience, customer service and enthusiasm for the automotive aftermarket to drive profitable sales growth for a select set of branch accounts. The sale representative will provide industry leading service and support to assigned customer inquiries primarily via phone, but also via dealer web and other on-line communications. The sales representative will regularly get out into the field to nurture existing customer relationships, provide product training, and develop new customers and/or markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to assigned and general branch customers
• Leverage a developed expertise of products to maximize sales and profits for assigned set of branch customers.
• Cultivate deep relationships with assigned customers, proactively servicing their needs, ensuring we are customer of choice
• Efficiently and accurately processing sales orders
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure industry leading customer experience from order to receipt
• Increase customer count by developing new customer relationships, new markets, and new channels for products
• Expand average sales per customer through proactive outbound calling, customer service, and by leveraging new products, cross selling categories
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities to gain market share
• Provide regular reports within CRM tool to update senior management on sales performance, KPI tracking
• Work with branch operations to ensure fulfillment services meet or exceed customer expectations

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred. Individuals without a bachelor’s degree, will only be considered if they have sales experience in the automotive aftermarket.
• 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably within the automotive aftermarket industry. Will consider candidates with experience in related consumer durables segments with similar channel dynamics.
• A passion for automobiles and automotive culture with an appreciation for the enthusiast automotive aftermarket.
• Experience with using CRM platforms a plus.
