Apache Corporation is Hiring a Sr Manager - Treasury Near Houston, TX
- Lead and develop a team of cash management professionals with global operations
- Oversee daily cash settling, near-term cash forecasting, and investments of excess cash in accordance with company policies
- Manage the daily operations of our syndicated debt facilities and commercial paper program
- Responsible for management of our financial assurances, primarily related to the decommissioning of offshore assets
- Maintain strong dialogue with Corporate Finance and Planning to ensure efficient management of cash and liquidity
- Lead special projects where Treasury input is required (e.g., corporate credit card program, airplane lease financing, standalone lending facilities, etc.)
- Prepare materials for senior management and the Board of Directors as directed
- Manage intercompany cash flow, including intercompany lending, dividends, and capital contributions, in collaboration with other departments
- Oversee our domestic and international bank accounts and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and accounting controls applicable to cash and bank account management
- Other ad hoc projects as directed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 10 years in Treasury or finance-related field
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Financial analysis skills with a solid understanding of accounting principles
- Strong understanding of debt and equity capital markets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with managerial experience
- Oil & gas industry experience
