Career Strategies Inc. is seeking an outgoing and motivated Property Manager to join our team in Centennial, Colorado. If you have a passion for helping others find their perfect home and excel in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units.
- Process lease applications and renewals efficiently.
- Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards.
- Manage resident issues and coordinate with maintenance staff as needed.
- Previous experience as a Property Manager is required.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong sales and customer service background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 (Depending on experience).
- Weekly pay provided.
- Accrued paid sick leave in accordance with Colorado’s Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA).
- Medical health insurance available upon meeting eligibility requirements established under the Affordable Care Act.
- Transportation subsidy of up to $5.00 per day for public transit or ride-share use.
