Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to work at apartment communities in Austin, TX IMMEDIATELY.

- Must have at least 3-6 months of Maintenance Tech or related experience.
- Must be HVAC/EPA Certified.
- Ability to communicate well and work in a team/solo environment.
- Knowledge in HVAC | Electrical | Plumbing | Drywall | Painting | Appliance installation Repairs
- Regularly inspect all apartment units, buildings, and common areas
- Successfully complete turnovers & work orders in between resident occupancy
- Diagnose and solve maintenance issues in apartment homes, building exteriors and common areas ranging from plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC, and appliances.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
