- Promptly and efficiently handle maintenance tickets, including turning over vacant units and completing essential tasks.

- Deliver courteous and professional service to residents, setting realistic expectations for completion times.
- Collaborate effectively with the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager regarding missing or needed parts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential maintenance, preferably in apartments, hotels, or private homes.
- Possession of personal hand tools and a drill, to be brought to the site daily for use.
- Reliable transportation and a collaborative team mentality are essential.
