We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager with HUD & Sec8 experience for a community in need of support in Gaithersburg, MD.
**Position will be full-time, Monday-Friday weekly.**

Qualifications:
- Strong skills and knowledge in occupancy requirements for HUD communities
- Documented experience as either a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager in the multi-family PM industry
