**Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
- Conduct property tours and effectively showcase the features and amenities.
- Process lease applications and renewals with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ensure the property is always maintained to the highest standards, contributing to its appeal.
- Section 8/Tax Credit experience is a plus.
- Previous Apartment Leasing Experience is a must.
- Sales experience and a background in customer service are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- $22-$26/hr (Depending on experience).
- Weekly pay.
- Monday through Friday 8am-5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break (Varies).
- Accrued paid sick leave in accordance with Colorado’s Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA).
- Medical health insurance available upon meeting eligibility requirements established under the Affordable Care Act.
- Transportation subsidy of up to $5.00 per day available for public transit or ride-share use.
